"I truly believe in finding everyone a voice; whether it is expanding verbal language, exploring any and all modes of AAC (high, mid and light tech), and shaping challenging behaviors and nonverbal body language into functional communication." Location: Clinical Interests: Developing functional communication, receptive and expressive language development, and pragmatic language skills. I also have an interest and years of experience in working with toddlers with speech delays as well as with adults with cognitive and swallowing disorders. A little extra: While I have been a Speech Language Pathologist for 14 years now, I also got to experience and live the parental side of therapy as my daughter also received EI services.
